Civil servant with 13 years in Nepal’s public service, now in the Office of the Hon. Finance Minister, Ministry of Finance (MoF). A practitioner in GovTech, AI governance, and digital transformation and digital public infrastructure (DPI).

He has provided technology advice in the secretariats of the Finance Secretary, the Secretary (Revenue), and the Finance Minister, and earlier, at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (OPMCM), to the Prime Minister. His work pairs hands-on systems — Government Centralized Email, Cabinet Automation (GIOMS), and the early Nagarik App — with policy input on the Digital Nepal Framework, interoperable government IT, and IT as a driver of growth and jobs.

In August and September 2026, he supported the official MoF Rasuwa–Bhotekoshi Flood Update and briefed the Finance Minister on it. Separately, in a personal civic capacity, he built and ran the bilingual Rasuwa Flood Update Portal, an AI-assisted, human-verified information hub widely covered in national media.
