Do not assume the risk is over even if the flow looks lower. Do not go to watch the flood. Follow police and local announcements.

The blockage burst into a large debris flood and caused physical damage. River banks in Gorkha, Dhading, Tanahun, Chitwan, and Nawalparasi East and West; very high risk down to Benighat, high alert up to Mugling.
